The Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through client acquisition, relationship management, and high-quality customer service. The role supports the sales function by guiding clients through the full sales journey, from initial inquiry to closing, while ensuring smooth follow-up, accurate documentation, and professional customer experience.
• Identify and attract potential clients to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
• Present suitable real estate options based on client needs and preferences.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support trust and conversion.
• Follow up with leads and interested clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support clients in completing required documentation and procedures efficiently.
• Coordinate with banks, financing entities, and related internal departments when required.
• Prepare and maintain sales follow-up reports and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up activities through CRM or approved reporting systems.
• Ensure all client interactions are handled in line with company standards and approved procedures.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within agreed timelines.
