Senior Associate – Fund Structuring

·         Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and expenditures across hard and soft cost line items, ensuring alignment with fund-level assumptions.

·         Monitor external and internal approvals, regulatory requirements, and governance processes in line with fund and investor requirements.

·         Prepare development fund manager monthly reports, highlighting project performance, variances, and key risks.

·         Assist with data collection and analysis for financing, budgeting, and fund-level performance monitoring.

·         Align and facilitate requests internally and with fund managers to support effective fund structuring and execution.

·         Assist in preparing fund BOD and investment-related presentations/reports covering project performance and fund dynamics.

·         Support negotiations with stakeholders on key terms and conditions to contribute to well-structured development funds

Experience in project management or investment support roles, ideally within real estate development or corporate PMO environments.

Strong organizational skills with proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with CRM systems and local real estate regulatory bodies (e.g., RERA or equivalent authorities)
