Leasing Specialist

Develop leasing opportunities and manage commercial relationships with prospective and existing tenants for assigned properties. Conduct negotiations within approved parameters and support deal completion, renewals and tenant retention in coordination with the Leasing Coordinator and relevant departments.

Prospecting, opportunity qualification and commercial negotiation.
Property presentations and tenant relationship management.
Understanding of lease terms, renewals and market rents.
Commercial analysis, problem solving and follow-up.
 Proficiency in CRM, Excel and leasing reports.
